Undergraduate and Graduate Student Student Advisory Board
Purpose:
The purpose of the Office of Leadership, Service and Career Student Advisory Board comprised of 5 – 6 Undergraduate and Graduate Students is to support student success on a personal, academic and career level at UC Merced and Beyond!
The Student Advisory Board will meet every third week for 1.5 hours to engage in discussion with OLSC leadership on current services and programs, new initiatives and future planning. The Board’s recommendations help to influence goals and objectives, overall services to UC Merced students and effectiveness of the OLSC.

Are you also looking for real life experience in running things, then being a Board Member of the OLSC Student Advisory Board might be for you!!
Commitment:
- Board Members must attend a half day Fall and Spring Retreat (Dates: TBA based on schedules of selected Board Members).
- Board Members must commit to a one year appointment
- Meetings every third week of the month (Dates: TBA based on schedules of selected Board Members)
Application Process:
- If you are interested in the UC Merced Experience and have a desire to influence change for your fellow students, only as a student can, please fill out the attached application.
- OLSC Student Board Members are selected through an application and interview process.
- All current undergraduate and graduate students in good academic standing are invited to apply.
